RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We hope you love your Iron & Thorn Apparel purchase! If you are not completely satisfied, we accept eligible returns within 14 days of delivery.

Returns
Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in their original condition. Items showing signs of wear, washing, stains, odors, or damage after delivery will not be eligible for return.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges
Need a different size? Please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Exchanges are subject to product and size availability.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, contact us as soon as possible so we can make it right.

Refunds
Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Final Sale Items
Items marked final sale and gift cards are not eligible for return or exchange.
